My name is Shannon Lutfring and I am a Registered Nurse and Board Certified Nurse Coach. I have four years of acute care nursing experience working on the adult Cardiac Medical-Surgical and Pediatric units at Albany Medical Center. My husband and I relocated to our hometown of Saugerties this past fall to build our lives and professions in the community we call home.
As a Nurse Coach, I am trained in the art and skill of health coaching and behavioral change, addressing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of the individual in our 1:1 telehealth sessions. I am passionate about helping individuals gain tools to support their well-being so that they can live aligned, healthy, and purpose-driven lives. I am also certified in Integrative Nutrition, accredited by the American Holistic Nurses Association. I have worked with individuals on topics including but not limited to the management of anxiety and stress, nervous system regulation, chronic illness reversal and maintenance, and sustainable weight loss.
