In Flight, Inc. is an organization that empowers people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach for their hopes and dreams and support a meaningful quality of life.
In Flight addresses the barriers to independence with programs that teach independent living skills coupled with employment skills. Not only do their programs support individuals to be as independent as possible, but also support inclusion through community integration, envisioning a world where everyone can strive for the best quality of life in a supportive and fulfilling environment.
