Environmental Agricultural Training (E.A.T.) Inc is a non-profit organization established in 2020 to address this growing crisis by creating a hands-on learning model based on agriculture, research and training. The Foundation has purchased seventy acres of land in the Mid-Hudson region of New York State to create a residential farm to help students elevate life skills, become community leaders and address innovative ways to feed the world.
