32 Partition is a vibrant, historical, 3-story professional business center comprised of 28 private office suites, state-of-the-art conference space, break areas, and a large lot for off-street parking. Located right in the Village of Saugerties, 32 Partition was originally built in 1890 and known as the First Baptist Church of Saugerties. It later housed the Emmanuel Christian Church before being redeveloped into professional workspace.
