Representatives of International Exchange Center in Chelyabinsk, Russia,
have students who are participants of  “Work & Travel USA” program.

We are interested in the possibility of work for our students
during the summer season. All our students have excellent English and have
previous experience working. We will possess all the necessary legal working
documents for employment in the United States.
In according with our program’s rules we need job agreements to get J1 Visa.
Our participants are able to work in the USA up to 4 months. They can start
in May and finish working in September.

Simulaids,is a leader in manufacture and distribution of medical training manikins,
for over 50 years, offers team work in clean and air-conditioned work environment.

Full-time hours:  Monday – Friday  7 am to 3:30 pm, OR 2:30 pm to 11 pm.
Part-time hours require 4 hours per day, or 8 hours per day 3 days per week.
Part-time schedule subject to approval.

Duties:   Safely and efficiently assembling &/or packing high-quality medical training manikins.
Required skills and abilities: All positions require manual dexterity, visual inspection, dependability, ability to stand/sit for up to 8 hours. Assemblers work with trimming and hand tools, adhesives, paints and cleaning fluids.

North River Architecture & Planning, a small architecture firm in business since 2009 in Stone Ridge, NY, is seeking an Office Manager. Position is full-time with competitive salary and benefits and reports to the firm’s Principal. Our office is small and very busy with design projects in the local region and in NYC. We are friendly, energetic, collaborative, and committed to doing great work together. Candidates for this position should have solid experience in office management, administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and office IT support. Strength in working with Excel spreadsheets and Word documents is required. Specific expertise in Quickbooks is highly desirable. Organizational skills are key, as well as flexibility in supporting the office across a wide variety of tasks. This position is not limited in scope and can expand to the capabilities of the person hired, including creative contributions to office structure and quality assurance in our work. Familiarity with design and construction, and CAD drafting, would be a significant plus. We are looking for someone who will be committed to growing with this office for the long term.
